A: Your question is about reincarnation… I can tell you that reincarnation back on this earth is not taught as a reality in The Urantia Book. It is explored as an evolutionary belief (and you can search for all instances of the word HERE), but as a way of becoming “whole, ” reincarnation back to earth plays no part.
The Urantia Book introduces us to a new and thrilling look at life after death, and the Father’s plan of ascension. This plan of ascension does include being “resurrected, ” and also being “re-keyed” into many different bodily forms, but never are we taught that human beings return to this earth. This life you’re living here and now is the first, and the last life you’ll live on this planet. Here, our job is to discover and accept our sonship with God, and to develop and grow our immortal soul, that immaterial part of us that has the potential for immortality. Once our soul is released through the death process, it leaves this earth and proceeds to the Mansion Worlds. It is there where we go through the Mansion World ministry that helps us to become whole—the ministry that makes up for our deficiencies of soul, mind, personality and spirit that may have attended our earthly life in the flesh. Once the Mansion Worlds process is complete, we then are fitted to proceed to the rest of the plan of ascension which will end up with our becoming spirit beings who will stand in the presence of God on Paradise.
14:5.1 On Urantia you pass through a short and intense test during your initial life of material existence. On the mansion worlds and up through your system, constellation, and local universe, you traverse the morontia phases of ascension. On the training worlds of the superuniverse you pass through the true spirit stages of progression and are prepared for eventual transit to Havona. On the seven circuits of Havona your attainment is intellectual, spiritual, and experiential. And there is a definite task to be achieved on each of the worlds of each of these circuits.
If we look around us, we see that modern science has corroborated much of Urantia Book revelation regarding the sheer vastness of the universe. Our little planet is out on the outskirts of a gigantic creation—a creation that has been put into motion solely for our advancement. And death is the means by which we escape the earth—only to progress to the next phase of our development. The thought of returning to the earth for an endless round of re-births, while possibly understandable as an evolutionary belief, seems not to be supported by the facts that we learn through the revelation.
You are, of course, free to believe what you will…but how much more hopeful are Urantia Book teachings regarding this matter!
One other thought…if reincarnation was a reality, it seems to me that Jesus would have told us. Furthermore, if it was true, it seems to me that Jesus would have experienced it to show us the way. Instead, he resurrected on the third day as a morontia being and has never come back to experience another life here. To me, that is evidence enough that reincarnation is an outworn idea, replaced with revelatory ideas of the afterlife that are far more suited to our status as progressing sons of God.

Instead, we have an eternity of progress in the places prepared for us to look forward to!
